What can I say that will do Arfan justice? I can talk about things like his knowledge of the local area, how responsive he is to calls (around the clock) , his approach to sending follow-up emails and being helpful answering questions, and whether or not he is easy to work with. I could also mention that he was selling a property due to probate, and it was a very sensitive thing for my mum to be dealing with. But I think the most important element of my experience with Arfan is that he is an all round nice guy.
